STARKVILLE, Miss.—More than 90 scholars convened at Mississippi State University for the current edition of the Summer Science & Engineering Symposium held today [July 30], in partnership with the Mississippi Academy of Sciences.

In recognition of his accomplished career spanning over 49 years, Archie Tucker, a notable USDA Agricultural Research Service area director situated at MSU’s Delta Research and Extension Center in Stoneville, was honored with the prestigious Presidential Award by the MAS.
