Leading a district in central Illinois, I have found that by alleviating communication anxieties and embracing the joy of sharing positive stories, we have cultivated stronger connections with our community. Showcasing our district’s unique character and fostering inclusivity, even for those unfamiliar with our schools, has been immensely rewarding.
