MSU-Meridian Honors Exceptional Graduates of Fall 2023 Semester

Mississippi State University-Meridian is honoring five exceptional graduates for the fall 2023 semester. The outstanding graduates are Luke Shin of Hattiesburg, Erin Smith of Lawrence, Kristen Miley of Pulaski, Jeremy Chase of Meridian, and Apryl Butler of Meridian (not pictured). Check out the submitted photo below:

– Kristen Miley of Pulaski achieved the title of Outstanding Undergraduate Student for the Division of Business. Miley, who earned a Summa Cum Laude Bachelor of Business Administration degree, has excelled in her academic pursuits.

– Luke Shin of Hattiesburg is the Outstanding Graduate Student for the Division of Business. Shin completed his Master of Business Administration degree and has plans to further his education by pursuing a Ph.D. in marketing.

– Apryl Butler of Meridian has been recognized as the Outstanding Undergraduate Student for the Division of Education. She successfully obtained a bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a concentration in middle school education during the summer.

– Jeremy Chase of Meridian has been honored as the Outstanding Graduate Student for the Division of Education. Chase, who completed his bachelor’s degree in psychology at MSU-Meridian in 2021, is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in clinical psychology. He will also receive his master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling this fall.

The commencement ceremony will take place on Thursday and can be viewed on MSTV, the MSTV app, or at mstv.msstate.edu.
